The Rosewood Community Council (RCC) works closely with City of Columbia departments, boards, and committees regarding issues that may impact the community and to ensure that the concerns of residents are heard.
RCC also works closely with the Rosewood Merchants Association to help ensure neighborhood- friendly progress in our commercial and industrial areas.
