Gills Creek Meeting Wed., July 2 @ 12:30PM
June 26, 2008 – 5:12 pmDear Friends of Gills Creek and its tributaries,
The Outreach and Education Committee requests your presence and
participation in a meeting next Wednesday, July 2 from 12:30PM till
2PM at 2711 Middleburg Drive downstairs in one of the conference rooms
behind the Mousetrap Restaurant in the same building. RSVP to
pmlgrnlw@yahoo.com A.S.A.P. because the number of people will
determine which conference room we will need. I also plan to have a
light lunch for you, and I do not want to run short on food.
Our meeting will begin with a brief overview of the progress the GCWA
has had so far in securing funding and getting technical work done.
Then we will examine the roles of our committee and begin to plan what
we need to do to initiate and execute effective outreach and education
campaigns.
If you cannot attend yourself, please find others in your group
(whether neighborhood association, house of worship, or other entity)
who are interested in attending. You are free to forward my email
