Kilbourne Rd. area for cleaning up the graffiti that was existent on some fences. These property owners really stepped up and took a stand for our community and kids. This part of Rosewood continues to become a more beautiful, safe and healthy place to live.</p> <p>My question is this: What is the city of Columbia, our neighborhood, or anyone doing about cleaning the SIGN for S. Kilbourne Elementary of the graffiti that was 'tagged' on it about a month ago! All the kids that attend that school should not be led to believe that graffiti is OKAY, but leaving the sign 'as is' sends that message! I hope somebody is working on a solution to clean or replace that sign for the benefit of our kids.</p> <p>On a side note: When does the city plan on completing the Valencia Park restoration? The main building has never been completed (left 2/3 done for more than a month). Also, did the city annex the property adjacent to the park for a parking lot or something? It looks as if someone has plans for it.
