<title>KilbourneRd on "Graffiti on S. Kilbourne Elementary"</title>

<description>&#60;p&#62;I first must start by thanking many of those in the S. Kilbourne Rd. area for cleaning up the graffiti that was existent on some fences. These property owners really stepped up and took a stand for our community and kids. This part of Rosewood continues to become a more beautiful, safe and healthy place to live.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My question is this: What is the city of Columbia, our neighborhood, or anyone doing about cleaning the SIGN for S. Kilbourne Elementary of the graffiti that was 'tagged' on it about a month ago! All the kids that attend that school should not be led to believe that graffiti is OKAY, but leaving the sign 'as is' sends that message! I hope somebody is working on a solution to clean or replace that sign for the benefit of our kids.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;On a side note: When does the city plan on completing the Valencia Park restoration? The main building has never been completed (left 2/3 done for more than a month). Also, did the city annex the property adjacent to the park for a parking lot or something? It looks as if someone has plans for it. Thanks for any help someone can provide on these topics-&#60;/p&#62;
